  7. 3 tbs water
  8. 4 cloves garlic
  9. 4 scallions
  10. 5 gm aniseed
  11. 3 inches ginger
  12. 3 tbs sambal oelek (-/+ depending on spiciness you prefer)
  13. Ingredients C
  14. 200 ml coconut milk
  15. 2 star anise (remove when done)
  16. 2 tsp coriander
  17. 1 tbs turmeric powder
  18. 4 tbs muscovado sugar
  19. to taste Salt
