Step:

  1. Turn instant pot to saut. Add olive oil and chicken. Cook until chicken is white.

  2. Whisk together ingredients of the honey sauce in a bowl.

  3. Pour sauce into the pot covering the chicken.

  4. Set on manual for 4 minutes. Quick release.

  5. Mix cornstarch and water and pour mixture into the pot stirring until thickened.

  6. Serve over rice. Add green onions to your liking.

  1. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  2. 4 boneless chicken breasts diced
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  5. 2 tablespoons water
  6. Honey Sauce
  7. 1/2 cup soy sauce
  8. 1/2 cup honey
  9. 1/4 cup ketchup
  10. 3 cloves garlic minced
  11. 2 tsp rice wine vinegar
  12. 2 tsp sesame oil
