Step:

  1. Bake at 375°F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours

  2. In a large bowl, mix ingredients, eggs, onions, peppers, bread crumbs, seasoning, oregano and hamburg.

  3. After ingredients are mixture put in a loaf pan.

  4. Put the topping on the last 20 minutes of cooking. TOPPING INGREDIENTS: catsup, lemon juice and brown sugar.

  5. Follow the topping recipe and then place on top of the meatloaf. Bake for 20 more minutes.

  1. 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  2. 1 large onion
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 1 green pepper
  5. 1 catsup
  6. 1 seasoning/oregano
  7. 1 chopped parsley
  8. 2 lb hamburg
  9. 1 cup catsup
  10. 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  11. 2 tbsp brown sugar
