Step:

  1. Cover dry mustard with vinegar and let stand for 8 hours or over night.

  2. Place in a double boiler.

  3. Add sugar, salt and eggs.

  4. Beat well and cook until thick.

  5. This will keep for months in the fridge.

  2. 1 cup sugar
  3. 2 eggs
  4. 3/4 tsp salt (I use less since I'm not a huge fan of salt)
  5. 2/3 cup white or cider vinegar
