For each seasoned salt the same method applies:
Stir the 4 ingredients together in a frying pan over a low heat for 3-4 minutes or until the zest dries
Allow to cool then fill your small jars with the flavoured salts
Write the name and use by date on a label tied to each container. The salts are best used within 3 months
Lemon/chilli goes well with roast chicken. Rosemary/cumin is good with lamb. Orange/fennel is great with pork
