Step:

  1. Soak bulghur wheat and dried porcini mushrooms in heat proof bowl for 30 minutes with boiling water,than chill. Once chilled add the olive oil and all other ingredient chopped finely,leave nuts whole, stir through and serve.

  2. Serve with crusty fried bread and salad


Ingredients

  1. 150 grams bulghur wheat
  2. 150 grams porcini mushrooms
  3. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  4. 1 large sprig fresh mint
  5. 2 chopped tomatoes
  6. 1 bunch parsely,chopped
  7. 1 onion finely chopped
  8. 1 green bell pepper
  9. 1 small can pinapple
  10. 150 grams whole nuts or seeds
  11. 2 tbsp oliveoil
