sift all dry ingredients together
mix egg and milk together then add to dry ingredients and beat until smooth.
more milk may be needed but add it slowly until constistancy of pancake batter, fill pan with 1 inch of oil and heat
keep on medium heat add small drop of batter and when it browns and floats the oil is ready.
shake p.sugar on a cookie tray then drop by rounded tbls, they will look like mini pancakes, when they bubble flip them n when they float take them out n put on sugar then shake more on top, continue until done then enjoy
