Step:

  1. preheat skillet with olive oil on medium heat..

  2. slice each sausage link into coin sized slices about 1/2 in. thick. place into heated skillet.

  3. sautee until half the pink is gone.

  4. add raw mushrooms. and sautee until mushrooms start to get soft. ( about 3-5 min.)

  5. now add your green peppers and sautee until they start to get soft.

  6. meanwhile heat your jar of sauce in a saucepan intil warm.

  7. now add your onions and your frozen cheese ravioli.

  8. sautee on medium low heat stirring frequently so noodles don't stick. cook until noodles r done and veggies r tender. about 10 min.

  9. turn off heat and spoon onto plate.

  10. spoon sauce over mixture.

  11. sprinkle with parmesian cheese.

Ingredients

  1. 3 links garlic italian sausage
  2. 1 packages frozen cheese ravioli ( 24oz)
  3. 1 jar your choice spaghetti sauce (about 26oz)
  4. 1 1/2 cup sliced raw mushrooms
  5. 1 1/2 cup half sliced purple onion
  6. 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  7. 1 grated parmesian n garlic cheese to taste ( or any grated parmesian will do)
  8. 1 1/2 cup sliced green bell pepper ( medium thickness) I used a combo of red,green and yellow bell peppers)
