Ms. Kipper's Meat Mix

**** MEAT MIX can be used for grilled burgers, meat loaf, spaghetti, lasagna, dirty rice, beef and noodles, etc

*** I decided to put this on because I noticed several first time cooks did not know how to seasoning ground beef.

**** when I'm doing lasagna or spaghetti I only use 1 lb of ground beef and 2-3 links of Italian sausage.

**** meat mix is just seasoned meat and the mix of spices should be personalized for your family.

*** I mince onion and bell pepper just because my husband SAYS he doesn't like onion, but when I put it in the food processor he doesn't know the difference.

*** meat mix can be cooked and the frozen. sometime I cook 3 lbs of ground beef and divide and freeze half of it.

*** I added salt and pepper in minimal amounts because those spices TASTE BETTER cooked into the meat.. it still allows you to add additional seasoning.
