Stir-fry ground chicken in a skillet. Add ginger, soy sauce, mirin and sugar.
Beat the eggs and add salt, sugar, milk then mix. Make scrambled eggs.
Boiled rape blossoms with a pinch of salt. Drain and squeeze. Cut into about 2 inch pieces. Dress with soy sauce.
Place cooked rice in the bowl or plate or bento box.
Divide the ground chicken and egg and rape blossom over top. Decorate with cut nori (seaweed) and Gari (pickled ginger) if you like. Now, it actually turns into a 5 color rice bowl!
