  2. 150 grams Thinly sliced pork belly - you can use thinly sliced pork roast or beef too
  3. 1 stalk Japanese leek
  4. 1 Salt and pepper
  5. 2 tbsp White wheat flour
  6. 3 tbsp Sake
  7. 3 tbsp Mirin
  8. 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  9. 1 Shichimi spice (optional)
