Step:

  1. Finely chop the Japanese leeks, and grate the potatoes.

  2. Add the ground pork to the ingredients from step 1 along with the ingredients marked with ★, and mix together with a spatula.

  3. Make the patties as big as you like and fry in a heated pan. Use a non-stick pan so you don't need oil.

  4. Flip over once they've browned on one side, cover with a lid, and continue cooking (at low to medium heat).

  5. Add the ingredients marked with ※, and you are done once the patties have become evenly coated.


Ingredients

  1. 150 grams Ground pork
  2. 1 small Potato (50 g)
  3. 10 cm Japanese leek
  4. 1 cm each ★Ginger and garlic (from a tube)
  5. 2 pinch ★Salt
  6. 1 tsp ★Sesame oil
  7. 1 tsp of each ※ Sake, sugar, soy sauce, mirin
