  2. 1/2 Japanese leek
  3. 150 grams Minced pork
  4. 1 tsp ★Soy sauce
  5. 1 tbsp ★Tianmianjiang
  6. 1 tbsp ☆Vegetable oil
  7. 1 tbsp ☆Doubanjiang
  8. 200 ml ◎Water
  9. 2 tsp ◎Chicken soup stock granules
  10. 1 tbsp ◎Soy sauce
  11. 1 tbsp ◎Sugar
  12. 1/2 tbsp ◎Tianmianjiang
  13. 1/2 tsp ◎Miso
  14. 1/2 tsp ◎Gochujang
  15. 1 tbsp ●Katakuriko
  16. 2 tbsp ●Water
  17. 1/2 to 1 tablespoon Ra-yu (optional)
  18. 1 Sichuan pepper (optional)
