  5. Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C in the preheated oven. Once an inserted skewer comes out clean, it's done.

  6. Let the cake rest overnight, then thickly spread on the cream cheese icing. Chill the cake in the refrigerator, and it's ready to eat.

  4. 20 grams Powdered sugar
  5. 5 grams Honey
  6. 150 grams ★Cake flour

  8. 1 tsp ★Baking soda
  9. 1 tsp ★Cinnamon
  10. 1/2 tsp ★All-spice
  11. 20 grams ★Almond flour
  12. 1 pinch ★Salt ※
  13. 50 ml ☆Vegetable oil
  14. 70 grams ☆Butter (or margarine)
  15. 180 grams ☆Sugar
  16. 1 tbsp ☆Honey
  17. 2 Eggs
  18. 190 grams to 200 grams ■Roughly grated carrot
  19. 20 grams ■Broken walnut pieces
  20. 1 tbsp ■Grand Marnier liqueur (orange-flavored liqueur)
  21. 4 to 5 drops ■Vanilla essence
