  1. Cut the chicken breasts into large bite-sized pieces.

  3. Right before deep-frying, coat each piece of chicken with flour and katakuriko combined in a 1:1 ratio.

  4. 3 tbsp ☆Sake
  5. 1 tsp ☆Sugar
  6. 1 tsp ☆Sesame oil
  7. 1 ☆Ginger (to taste)
  8. 1 ☆Garlic (to taste)
  9. 1 dash ☆Salt and pepper
  10. 1 tbsp ★Katakuriko
  11. 1 Blend of white flour and katakuriko (1:1 ratio)
