  8. Boil the shrimp briefly, marinate in the ▽ ingredients, then cut in half lengthwise. Roll the carrot ribbon and lay on the rice. Place half a shrimp inside each carrot roll to make them look like flowers.

  9. Fold the cucumber ribbon in half. Place 2 slices on each place where you'll lay the egg crepe dandelion flowers. Place a dandelion flower gently on each pair of cucumber slices.

  10. Place a dandelion flower on the center shrimp to finish. The cake looks like this from the side.

  2. 2 Eggs
  3. 1 tablespoon, 1 dash ●Sugar, salt
  4. 1 tsp each ●Katakuriko, water
  5. 2 tbsp Sakura denbu
  6. 1 fillet Salted salmon
  7. 10 small shrimp
  8. 1 tablespoon, 1 tablespoon, 1 dash ▽ Vinegar, sugar, salt
  9. 6 stalks Spinach
  10. 3 grams, 1 teaspoon ○Bonito flakes, soy sauce
  11. 1 dash of each Carrot, cucumber
